If you’re measuring optical systems\, this is the solution you always wished for\nAccuFiz D: a dynamic Fizeau interferometer\, the workhorse of optical metrology. This one separates parallel surfaces\, with on-axis dynamic measurements\, for great results in less than ideal conditions\nSurfSpec: the first surface measurement system for process control of automotive paint coatings from substrate to clearcoat.
