You can easily measure a blade edge.
In the screenshot below, you see the edge of the blade in focus on the left (green video) and on the upper right is the 3D height map. Below the height map is a linear profile, tracing the vertical profile guideline in the 3D plot. In the linear profile you can measure height changes between points.
With 4D InSpec’s stand-off from the surface, it’s easy to measure into a channel on a blisk, looking at wear or corrosion. You can see this application in the photo below. With a fold mirror, you can also look a the sidewalls of the channel.
