The 4Di InSpec SR is an innovative, fully portable, vibration-immune, 3D surface roughness tester which non-destructively measures even rough surfaces with nanometer-level vertical resolution without the need for a controlled lab environment.

Each year, SPIE, the international society for optics and photonics, recognizes the top-rated new optics and photonics products with the industry-focused Prism Awards. Finalists and winners were selected by a panel of international judges who leveraged their knowledge and acumen from across the technology commercialization and funding sectors.
