You’ll see demonstrations of Dynamic Interferometry and an industry-leading surface defect gauge on brilliant display at North America’s premier optics convention. We’ll have our AccuFiz D, PhaseCam, and NanoCam HD (on a robot!), all making measurements on the show floor:

• The new portable NanoCam HD: a nano-smoothness profiling microscope, that’s mounted on a giant robot arm, so you can measure large or complex optics
• PhaseCam: a Twyman-Green interferometer with high power light for large distance measurements, super-fast single frame data acquisition, eliminating problems of turbulence. If you’re measuring optical systems, this is the solution you always wished for
• AccuFiz D: a dynamic Fizeau interferometer, the workhorse of optical metrology. This one separates parallel surfaces, with on-axis dynamic measurements, for great results in less than ideal conditions
