You’ll see demonstrations of Dynamic Interferometry and an industry-leading surface defect gauge on brilliant display at North America’s premier optics convention. We’ll have our AccuFiz D, SurfSpec, PhaseCam, and NanoCam HD (on a robot!), all making measurements on the show floor:

• The portable NanoCam HD: a nano-smoothness profiling microscope, that’s mounted on a giant robot arm, so you can measure large or complex optics
• PhaseCam: a Twyman-Green interferometer with high power light for large distance measurements, super-fast single frame data acquisition, eliminating problems of turbulence. If you’re measuring optical systems, this is the solution you always wished for
• AccuFiz D: a dynamic Fizeau interferometer, the workhorse of optical metrology. This one separates parallel surfaces, with on-axis dynamic measurements, for great results in less than ideal conditions
• SurfSpec: the first surface measurement system for process control of automotive paint coatings from substrate to clearcoat. Comprehensive, quantified results let you fingerprint the entire process—to ensure final coating quality, and to prevent further processing on parts which will lead to unacceptable final quality.
